The single room had nice pillows and reasonable comfort for a solo traveler, a little gem tucked away from the bustling streets.
The keypad for access was a major hassle, leaving me stranded for hours without a code. The shared bathroom situation was awkward, with a shabby shower and a door that was more of an obstacle course. I found stray items from past guests in the drawers and the furnishings felt dated and dingy, overall a place that screams for a good deep clean and some care. Plus, the signage was poor, making it hard to locate the entrance properly.

Had the absolute worst experience—who knew shared bathrooms could be so grimy? the heating instructions were completely absent, and I froze my first night! I honestly thought as a guest I'd be treated to at least a complimentary bottle of water, but no such luck. Woudl ve been nice if they provided some effort.

Solo traveler treasure
Eddie, the host, was accommodating, even rearranging things when I mentioned I was fasting before my run. The room itself was spacious and I was thrilled to find a 70-inch TV with Netflix waiting for me, which really helped me unwind!
It wasn't exactly a budget stay, but I guess you get what you pay for.

Convenient and cozy stay
Super easy to get to all the cool spots in Lincoln. The check-in was a breeze with a code for the key. Room was clean, and really loved having a picnic table outside to chill. Had some snacks from a nearby café which was nice, but parking was a bit tricky nearby.
